Greater Miami Investments Inc., GMI. is a real estate boutique in Coral Gables. GMI Art opened its doors to local and international artists in 2006 with the endorsement of the City of Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. We provide fine artists with a free space in which to display their artworks on a non-commitment basis. Our art exhibitions embody a very new concept of “Art at Work”. Our purpose is to offer more people, the people in the corporate and business world, that do not have time to go to galleries, added access to art and to appreciate how the art looks where it’s going to end up anyway. This concept of hosting art exhibits and events "At Work" is fast becoming a small trend for some businesses in the Gables, quoting the Herald. The whole concept has been extremely successful for all stakeholders.
